The following problem causes this event
Temperature above high damage threshold
Verify that the system is running in the specified temperature range
Check the fans and the airflow. For a proper air flow the housing has to be closed.
For CPU temperature, verify that the heat sink on the CPU socket is correctly installed
For CPU temperature, verify that the quantity and quality of the conductive heat paste are OK
