SCSI Controller failed.
The SCSI controller has failed.
This could be caused by the following:
SCSI Controller Status Change. The agent has detected a change in the controller status of a SCSI Controller. The variable cpqScsiCntlrStatus indicates the current controller status.
Check the controller state in the event description. If failed(3), run diagnostics on the computer system to help identify the problem. If other(1), check for diagnostic messages which might have occurred at system boot time.
