This monitor catches Xian events that notifies when the Outgoing segments if has changed its state.
Number of outgoing segments is over threshold.
The number of outgoing segments is above the maximum threshold configured in Xian Network Manager 2012.
This count includes segments sent on currently established connections. The error can be related to high TCP traffic in the device.
Verify the traffic in this device and perform some tuning if necessary. If possible, redistributing load among other devices is also recommended
