A socket operation failed. Message Queuing cannot send the message now, but will retry to send the message.

Resolutions

Ensure network connectivity with the host

The MSMQ Service failed to connect to the host that is referred to in the event description.

Make sure that the host computer is online, and ensure that you have network connectivity to the host.

You may have to contact the domain administrator with the socket error code that is provided in the event.
