Bu kural, İşlemci\% GÇ Bekleme Zamanı (_Total) performans sayacı için performans verilerini toplar. Toplanan değerlere performans görünümlerinde ve raporlarında erişilebilir.

Bu ölçüm, sistemde bekleyen bir disk G/Ç isteği bulunduğu sırada tüm işlemcilerin boş iş parçacığını çalıştırırken geçen sürenin yüzdesini kullanıma sunar.

Aracı tarafından döndürülen değer, 1 dakika aralıklarla sorgulanmış en son 5 değerin yuvarlatılmış ortalamasıdır.
