概要

このモニターは、ファーム内の AD FS サーバー間の OAuth 認証コードを解決する要求で繰り返されるエラーを確認します。

エラーが 15 分以内に再発しない場合は、このモニターのヘルス状態は緑色の状態に戻り、関連付けられているアラートは自動的に閉じられます。

原因

このエラーは、要求が未認証のユーザー アカウントから行われた場合に発生します。認証コードを解決するためのアクセス許可は、AD FS Windows サービス アカウントのみにあります。

解決方法

ファーム内のすべての AD FS サーバーが同じサービス アカウントの下で実行されていることを確認してください。不一致が見つかったら、AD FS Windows PowerShell コマンドレットを使用して影響を受けるノードを再度参加させ、正しいサービス アカウントの資格情報を入力してください。
