此监视器检查是否出现重复的密码更改请求失败。

如果每分钟内相同错误出现超过 10 次，将引发警告性警报。

如果在 15 分钟之内没有再次发生错误，该监视器的运行状况状态将变回绿色，且与其关联的警报将自动解除。

原因

密码更改失败的可能原因如下：

解决方案

针对这种情况，可能的解决方案如下:

检查事件日志并查找 User 和 ErrorDetails 信息。

如果失败是因密码无效所致，请与用户联系以解决此问题。

如果失败是因在 Active Directory 中找不到用户帐户，则可能是用户输入了错误的用户名或者用户帐户已被删除。

如果失败是因域控制器不可用所致，请与域控制器管理员联系。
