概要

このモニターは、フェデレーション サービスが SQL データベースに通知を登録できなかったことを示します。同じ問題が 15 分以内に再発しない場合は、このモニターのヘルス状態は緑色の状態に戻ります。このモニターによって生成されるアラートは、手動で解決する必要があります。

原因

SQL Server Service Broker が AdfsConfiguration データベースに対して無効になっているか、SQL Server がビジー状態です。
