原因

以下是此事件的可能原因：

证书已吊销。
无法根据此声明提供程序信任的签名证书的吊销设置来验证证书链。
证书不在有效期内。

注意：

可以对 AD FS 使用 Windows PowerShell cmdlet，来配置声明提供程序信任签名证书的吊销设置。针对特定设置，请使用 Set-ADFSClaimsProviderTrust cmdlet 的 SigningCertificateRevocationCheck 参数。

解决方法
