Summary

This warning indicates that all Receive Locations are temporarily being disabled because either the BizTalk MessageBox or Configuration database is not currently available.

Causes

The most common type of Receive Locations that this occurs is in isolated adapters (e.g., HTTP Receive locations).

Resolutions

Verify that SQL Server is functioning properly and that connectivity to the MessageBox or Configuration databases is established. After the condition has been resolved, the receive locations will be automatically re-enabled.
