Summary

This error indicates that an inbound message file received is a READ-ONLY file, and thus cannot be processed by BizTalk Server.

Causes

This may be caused if the file READ-ONLY attribute has been set incorrectly by the sender. This may also be caused if the folder associated with a Receive Location does not have the right permissions set.

Resolutions

Verify that the file attributes are correct and the folder has the right permissions on it as specified by BizTalk security documentation.
