Message processing failure in the pipeline/map.
Response message transmission failure.
The BizTalk Host Instance has recycled and the subscription for the response message was lost.
The response came too late and the initial request message has been NACKed.
Fix the response message and ask client to retry
The client can either retry or have the suspended message delivered via other means to the client to avoid duplications.
