The initialization of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM authentication pipeline has failed and all user requests to this Microsoft Dynamics CRM server role computer will be denied.

Causes

The configuration database AuthenticationPipeline tables may be corrupt.

Resolutions

Reinstall the configuration database or restore from a backup. There is no user-configurable information in these tables.
