Monitors the connection between Real-time Service and Microsoft Dynamics AX using .NET Business Connector.
The AOS service is not running.
Firewall settings are incorrect on the AOS computer or the Real-time Service computer.
The application pool identity for Real-time Service does not have the correct permissions in Microsoft Dynamics AX.
.NET Business Connector is not configured correctly.
The company ID does not exist in Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Make sure that the AOS service is running.
Make sure that the TCP/IP port for the AOS instance is open for connections on the computers where AOS and Real-time Service are installed. By default, the TCP/IP port number for the AOS is 2712.
Make sure that the application pool is running as the correct user in IIS. Make sure that the same user has permission in Microsoft Dynamics AX to use .NET Business Connector.
Make sure the configuration for .NET Business Connector is correct.
Verify that .NET Business Connector is installed on the computer where Real-time Service is installed.
If .NET Business Connector is installed, open the Microsoft Dynamics AX Configuration Utility and verify that the configuration uses a valid AOS instance.
Make sure that the company ID is correct, and that the company ID exists in Microsoft Dynamics AX.
