Microsoft.Exchange2007.SLA.MailFlowTX.Local.AvailabilityState (ConfigurationGroup)

Use this report to view availability for Local Mail Flow synthetic transactions during the time specified in the parameters

The report shows availability of each Local Mail Flow synthetic transaction.

Availability is calculated using the output from the test-mailflow synthetic transaction. By default, each agent-managed Exchange 2007 Mailbox server will perform a local mailflow test, to ensure that it can find a Hub server in its local site, and that the mail can be delivered.

The default Service Level Objective is 99\% availability.
