Bu kural, Bellek\Kullanılabilir MBayt Belleği performans sayacı için performans verilerini toplar. Toplanan değerlere performans görünümlerinde ve raporlarında erişilebilir.

Bu ölçüm, bir işleme yönelik ayırma ya da sistem kullanımı için hemen kullanılabilen bellek miktarını megabayt biçiminde kullanıma sunar.

Kullanılabilir megabayt bellek değeri, işletim sistemi tarafından (pstat API'sinden) raporlanan boş belleği temsil eder.
