Bu kural, Bellek\% Kullanılabilir Bellek performans sayacı için performans verilerini toplar. Toplanan değerlere performans görünümlerinde ve raporlarında erişilebilir.

Bu ölçüm, kullanılabilir belleğin toplam miktarını sistemdeki toplam belleğin yüzdesi olarak kullanıma sunar.

Kullanılabilir bellek değerinin yüzdesi, işletim sistemi tarafından (pstat API'sinden) raporlanan boş bellek ve toplam fiziksel bellek değerlerinin karşılaştırılmasıyla hesaplanır.
