Summary

The Quality of Experience (QoE) monitoring agent failed to access Message Queuing because it's not in AD integration mode.

Causes

This can occur if Message Queuing is not installed with Active Directory integration on this server.

Resolutions

Verify that Message Queuing was installed with Active Directory integration on this server. If it was not, reinstall Message Queuing with Active Directory integration.
