Summary

This rule collects this performance counter for reporting/troubleshooting purposes for the counter: PERF_REGDBACCESS_QUEUE_LATENCY

The average time (in milliseconds) a request is held in the database queue.

Causes

The backend might be busy and is unable to respond to requests quickly.

Resolutions

This might be a temporary condition. If the problem persists please ensure that the hardware and software requirements meet the user usage characteristics.
