Summary

This rule collects this performance counter for reporting/troubleshooting purposes for the counter: PERF_RESPONSES_LOCAL_SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE_RESPONSES_SEC

The per-second rate of 503 responses generated by the server.

Causes

The server might be busy and is unable to respond to requests quickly.

Resolutions

This might be a temporary condition. If the problem persists please ensure that the hardware and software requirements meet the user usage characteristics.
