Summary

The Application Sharing Server encountered an error when requesting credentials from the A/V Authentication Service.

Causes

The Application Sharing Conferencing Server cannot communicate with Media Relay Authentication Service.

Resolutions

Check the A/V Authentication Service is alive and that network connectivity exists.
