Summary

The passive Match Making Service cannot connect to the active Match Making Service.

Causes

There may not be an active instance at this moment or connectivity to that machine was lost.

Resolutions

Verify the Microsoft Lync Server 2010 certificate and Microsoft Lync Server 2010 installation and make sure that the active Match Making Service is reachable.
