This rule collects this performance counter for reporting/troubleshooting purposes for the counter: PERF_DATACOLLECTION_EXCHARCH_SESSION_DROPPED
Number of Exchange Archiving sessions dropped due to continuing failures.
Exchange connectivity and storage issues were not resolved within 24 hours and the Data Collection Agent is not running in critical archiving mode.
Verify that the user's mailbox and Exchange dumpster are not full, and that OAuth2 for Exchange Server and Lync Server is configured correctly.
