This rule collects this performance counter for reporting/troubleshooting purposes for the counter: PERF_MediationServerGlobalPerGateway_CALL_FAILURES_DUE_TO_UNEXPECTED_GATEWAY_INTERACTION

The number of calls that failed because of unexpected interaction from a gateway

Causes

These calls are rejected because of unexpected gateway final responses, TLS failures, or SIP timeouts.

Resolutions

Look for the corresponding events to determine the failure reason.
