Summary

This rule collects this performance counter for reporting/troubleshooting purposes for the counter: PERF_MediationServerInboundCalls_CALLS_REJECTED_DUE_TO_LOAD

The number of SIP INVITEs from gateway which were rejected immediately because of server load

Causes

Incoming INVITE is rejected because Mediation Server is under heavy load.

Resolutions

Upgrade existing hardware or lower the calls through this Mediation Server.
