Summary

The Mediation Server service has encountered a major internal problem that may be causing it to fail calls.

Causes

Check other MOM alerts for more details. CALLS_REJECTED_DUE_TO_LOAD and the LOAD_CALL_FAILURE_INDEX counter are examples of counters that signal overload conditions. The MEDIATIONSERVER_UNEXPECTED_EXCEPTION (Event ID: 25018) and MEDIATIONSERVER_UNEXPECTED_SIGNALING_EXCEPTION (Event ID: 25027) are examples of events that signal internal error conditions.

Resolutions

If the cause for the alarm is an overload condition, consider deploying additional Mediation Servers in this cluster. If the cause is due to an unexpected exception, consider restarting the service.
