Summary

The primary and secondary domain controller configuration in the Provisioning service is invalid. Cannot create valid checkpoint.

Causes

You must specify the primary and secondary domain controller in the Provisioning service configuration. The primary and secondary domain controller must be different servers.

Resolutions

Contact your organization's support team and request that they run cmdlets Get-CsProvisionServiceConfiguration to check and use Set-CsProvisionServiceConfiguration update the Provisioning service configuration.
