This monitor indicates that a script used to measure real user perception of call establishment and media quality failed to execute.

Causes

This script can fail to execute for a variety of reasons including the server homing the Quality of Experience (QoE) features being offline or unreachable, the database being offline, or insufficient permissions to execute the query.
