This rule collects this performance counter for reporting/troubleshooting purposes for the counter: Provision_GetChangesLatency

This counter shows the average time (in seconds) to perform a GetChanges call.

Causes

The latency of calling MSODS web service is too high.

Resolutions

Check if MSODS web service is still available. And notify Skype for Business Server team with the alert detail.
