Summary

Total number of storage adaptors reported in unhealthy state

Causes

This happens when a registered adaptor reports it is unhealthy, possibly from having timed out and hung.

Resolutions

This condition should not be left unattended as data loss can occur. If the problem persists, notify your organization's support team with the event detail.
