A Data Collection Meeting report adaptor has failed to upload data to the Windows Azure service.

Causes

This typically occurs when the Windows Azure meeting report service is down or not reachable.

Resolutions

Verify the Windows Azure meeting report service is up and this Skype for Business Server has connectivity to it.
