Summary

This rule collects this performance counter for reporting/troubleshooting purposes for the counter: PERF_DATACOLLECTION_QoE_REPORTS_DROPPED_DB_INSERTION_FAILURE

This counter represents the total number of reports dropped due to database insertion failure.

Causes

This can occur if the database is unreachable or the database and data collection components are running incompatible versions.

Resolutions

Check if the database is running, reachable and in a valid state. Check that the versions of the database and data collection components are consistent. Check the NT events thrown from the database and the data collection components.
