Summary

Skype for Business Server Video Interop Server has encountered a major MRAS connection problem with the Front End. Connections that require Firewall traversal will not be successful.

Causes

Either the A/V Authentication Service is not running or unreachable. The Skype for Business Server may be down.

Resolutions

Verify that A/V Authentication Service is reachable from the computer running Skype for Business Server.
