Summary

A Storage Service fabric service has detected an extended loss of secondary servers for several services

Causes

A condition preventing processing of fabric-replicated data has been detected. This may be due to a problem in the Windows Fabric controller, a loss of Quorum for a service, or a delay in service hydration due to DB size or SQL performance issues

Resolutions

This issue should self-correct. If the issue does not resolve, please escalate for immediate investigation.
