Causes

The conference file has exceeded the maximum allowed size of Exchange Mail item.

Resolutions

Reduce maximum allowed single file size for conferencing content file, or increase the limitation of Exchange Mail Item size, or enable the ArchivingConfiguration setting EnableExchangeFileAttachmentCompression
