Summary

Primary to secondary replication failed.

Causes

This may indicate a problem with the routing group.

Resolutions

Run the commandlet Get-CsPoolFabricState -RoutingGroup [ROUTING GROUP] and make sure quorum is achieved. If quorum is lost run Reset-CsPoolRegistrarState -ResetType QuorumLossRecovery to recover from quorum loss. If the error persists, please contact product support with server traces.
