Bu kural, Bellek\% Kullanılabilir Bellek performans sayacı için performans verilerini toplar. Toplanan değerlere performans görünümlerinde ve raporlarında erişilebilir.

Bu ölçüm, kullanılabilir belleğin toplam miktarını sistemdeki toplam belleğin yüzdesi olarak kullanıma sunar.

Kullanılabilir bellek değeri yüzdesi, işletim sistemi tarafından bildirilen kullanılabilir bellek (MemFree, Arabellek ve Önbellekteki) ve toplam fiziksel bellek değerleri karşılaştırılarak hesaplanır.
