Collects the performance counter Processor\\% IO Wait Time

Summary

This rule collects performance data for the Processor\% IO Wait Time performance counter. The collected values are accessible in performance views and reports.

This metric exposes the percentage of elapsed time that a single processor was running the idle thread while the system had an outstanding disk I/O request.

The value returned by the agent is the rolling average of the 5 most recent values queried at 1 minute intervals.

Monitoring of individual processors is disabled by default. Enable monitoring by enabling the object discovery named 'Discover SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 Processor.'
