The Message Queuing service cannot start because a connection with the Distributed Transaction Coordinator cannot be established.

Confirm that MSDTC is started

The Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator service (MSDTC) must be started.

To perform this procedure, you must have membership in Administrators, or you must have been delegated the appropriate authority.
