SQL Server Service Broker, or Database Mirroring attempted to access the transport layer through the SQL Network Interface (SNI). SNI returned an error. Transport cannot continue.
Service Broker, or Database Mirroring has made a call to the SNI and it has returned an error. SQL Server transport cannot continue. The error is recorded in the Windows application log as MSSQLSERVER event ID 8471.
This is caused by either an improper network connection or failure of the physical network.
Check the system error logs. Look for other errors related to network problems.
Verify that the network is properly configured.
Verify that the server is connected to the physical network and that the physical network is operating properly.
