Summary

This installation of the Common Language Runtime (CLR) is corrupt. The CLR is installed with the Microsoft .NET Framework. The Microsoft .NET Framework version 2.0 was installed with SQL Server 2008.

To install the .NET Framework version 2.0 from SQL Server 2008 media, locate the root of the CD/DVD drive, double-click the redist folder, double-click the 2.0 folder, and run dotnetfx.exe (for 32 bit) or dotnetfx64.exe (for 64 bit), depending on the operating system you have.
