Summary

A computer tried to create an application domain manager, but did not succeed. This may occur when there is not enough memory to start the application domain.

Causes

When memory resources are too low an application will not be able to create an App Domain.

Resolutions

Verify that hardware is performing correctly.

Check Windows system and application logs to identify errors related to system stress or memory.
