如果在發出任何 CREATE DATABASE 陳述式時，模型資料庫正在使用中，可能會收到此錯誤，表示無法鎖定該模型資料庫。因為新資料庫的複製來源為模型資料庫，所以模型資料庫必須處於沒有活動的狀態。

解決方式

認可或復原錯誤所述的資料庫中的所有交易，然後關閉使用該資料庫的任何連線。
