Причины

Обычно данную службу не удается запустить, если неправильно выполнена проверка ее подлинности.

Решения

Убедитесь, что учетная запись службы агента SQL Server настроена правильно. Учетная запись службы агента SQL Server доступна из диспетчера конфигурации SQL Server Configuration Manager.
