Resumo

O Analysis Server não pode criar uma instância de um objeto.

Causas

Existem arquivos danificados no diretório de dados.

Os arquivos danificados são retornados dos arquivos de backup.

Resoluções

Faça um backup dos bancos de dados no servidor e limpe o diretório de dados.

Restaure os arquivos de outro backup enquanto verifica se todos os objetos vêm do mesmo backup
