No se puede emitir la instrucción TRUNCATE TABLE para una tabla de sistema aunque la opción de configuración Permitir actualizaciones esté habilitada.

Soluciones

No se admiten las actualizaciones en las tablas de sistema. No ejecute la instrucción TRUNCATE TABLE en el caso de las tablas de sistema.
