安装 SQL Server 的计算机上缺少 Msxml2.dll 文件，或在处理 XML 功能(如 sp_xml_preparedocument)时无法从系统目录中加载该文件。如果该文件存在，则可能是未正确地注册或其某个从属文件不存在。
