Resumo

O SQL Server Service Broker não pôde iniciar o manipulador de eventos do Service Broker.

Causas

Este erro é registrado no log de aplicativo do Windows com a ID de evento 9696 do MSSQLSERVER. Isso pode ser ocasionado pela falta de memória durante a inicialização do servidor. Provavelmente, esse erro está ligado a um ou mais problemas de hardware ou software no computador.

Resoluções

Faça o diagnóstico disso como normalmente faria com qualquer condição de memória baixa. Aumente a memória disponível removendo aplicativos menos críticos ou adicionando memória virtual ou física.
