When you create a Service Broker, or Database Mirroring endpoint, SQL Server accepts TCP/IP connections on the port that is specified in the endpoint. This error is raised when Service Broker cannot listen on the specified port.
An error was encountered as Service Broker attempted to listen on the configured TCP port. The error is recorded in Windows application log as MSSQLSERVER event ID 9693.
Check the Windows application log to view the specific error that disabled this connection.
