The rule collects the Windows "Transactions aborted/sec" performance counter for SQL 2014 DB Engine XTP engine transactions.

The XTP Transactions performance object contains counters related to XTP engine transactions in SQL Server.

Transactions aborted/sec - The number of transactions that aborted (both by the user and the system, on average), per second.
